Not only have we invited them back twice, this is the third time. So, Amaral, why don't you say who you are and. And tell them who the guest is. [00:00:40] Speaker B: Hello, my. Excuse me, my name is Ameril and today we have our lovely guest, Michelle. Michelle, you want to introduce yourself? Hi, I'm Michelle Mailer and today we're going to have a really interesting episode. Episode. So our episode today is called Tips for Energy Clearing. [00:01:05] Speaker A: Yes. Because it goes. We did a spiritual hygiene episode, I think, in the first season, right? [00:01:10] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:01:11] Speaker A: And there were some really good tips there for clearing your aura. And we wanted to keep building on that because you can never have too much energetic hygiene, can you? [00:01:19] Speaker B: Exactly. [00:01:20] Speaker A: It's amazing how we feel dirty and we don't realize it. Yeah. [00:01:24] Speaker B: And this is kind of basic things along with a lot of, like these. A lot of the essential oils that Michelle has will help us out with that as well. So I'm excited about this episode. [00:01:35] Speaker A: Yeah. So let's backtrack a little bit because some people may have not met Michelle in the other two episodes. And she is our essential oils maven. I've known her for a long, long time. Well over 10 years. And what I really love about Michelle is her enthusiasm for what she. She's always excited about what she's created, how it helps people, and is always coming up with even more new ideas. We are definitely going to talk about some of the essential oils that will really help people to clear their energy today. So what we're going to do is we're going to talk about some things in general and then go into more of a deep dive with her. Is there anything I missed about you that you would like the people to know? [00:02:20] Speaker B: Or how about you just introduce yourself how you would like to introduce yourself? [00:02:25] Speaker C: Well, hello, everyone. I am really excited to be here on the episode today. I personally have been using aromatherapy and many other tools for clearing and protecting my energy for about 20 years now. And I'm always learning new ways to keep that high vibe and clear and Today we're going to share many ways to do that and incorporate some of the blends I've made and give you a little tip about how you can use maybe some ingredients you already have at your house or that you could get easily. So let's get into it. Yes. [00:03:06] Speaker A: Yeah. And the tips that I asked for were things that hopefully you can do on your own. You might have to invest something that doesn't cost a whole lot to assist you, but some of the things you don't even need, you just need you. So what are some of the things that are recommended for energetic clearing? Well, before we go into that, let's ask why people need energetic clearing. Now this is interesting because I bet you the first thing people in the audience are thinking is like, oh, I know people who need energetic clearing. And you know what, when you're sensitive to other people's energy, you feel it, but they don't know it themselves. And I think that points back to us. Sometimes we don't know it ourselves. Right, right. [00:03:50] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:03:51] Speaker B: So I think that there's like, it's a funny little path that we walk because I personally clear myself every morning when I wake up and if I don't do that, I know for sure that I'm a little bit off. And what I mean by that is the full thing of be, other than clearing my energy, it's also clearing myself from any entities calling my power back and grounding. Those are like, must. I cannot stepped out of the house without those. So what I totally mean by that is we all need to practice it on a consistent basis. There's no skipping of like, sometimes we can be like, oh, I was around like really funky people and I feel this energy. And yes, that can completely happen. However, do we all need it to do it as a practice of every day? Yes. [00:04:39] Speaker A: And more than one time a day even. [00:04:41] Speaker B: Yes. [00:04:41] Speaker A: Yeah. And I forget. I forget. So, yes, we're doing things when we're sleeping on the astral plane that a lot of times we're not even aware of. So who knows what you did in the dream state. You could have been some kind of warrior in a battle. You could have been a spy. You could have just been helping people. Being like a Florence Nightingale. You're working with other energetic beings and hopefully high level energetic beings. But oftentimes we volunteer to do things to help clear lower vibration. So, yes, every morning you don't have to know what you did, but it is helpful to release the energy from the night before. Absolutely. [00:05:27] Speaker C: Yeah. I wasn't Aware that dreams could do that until you just said that. But I have noticed that in the last year, instead of just clearing after I leave Costco or before I go into a store that has weird energy or something like that, I have to do clearing every day. And I didn't used to have to, or maybe I just wasn't aware that I needed to. But I've definitely been feeling more and more that I pick up on or I'm affected by my surroundings, people around me, energies around me to the point that I will want to do a cleaning of my energy. And that could take a couple minutes or a couple seconds or maybe an hour of meditation. It just depends on how deep that feeling is of needing to clear and clean. [00:06:23] Speaker A: Yeah. And I think the first step is just self awareness and so a check in. You know, as you get more sensitive on the spiritual journey, you start to feel your own energy, the subtle energy. And you can kind of feel like, you know, one of my favorite things is you start with your head and kind of go. Imagine you're going along the outline of your body and feel if your energy feels stuck anywhere, you know, so anyway, there's all kinds of things to help you be aware of it. But I think if we even bring it back down to a more mundane level, you touched upon some of the reasons people need clearing. It's because you're working with certain people or you're around certain people whose energy's not a good match for you. And that happens a lot of times. We don't pick our co workers, do we? A lot of times? [00:07:10] Speaker B: Well, I mean, I do have control over like who comes in to get serviced by me. However, I don't have control over other people's clients as well. [00:07:18] Speaker A: Yeah, But I think 90% of the audience is going to say no. I wouldn't have probably picked these coworkers if I could. [00:07:25] Speaker C: Lately I've been feeling like I need clearing going on and off the freeway from being around other driving. [00:07:31] Speaker A: Yes. Because of the road rage. Yeah. [00:07:33] Speaker C: I don't choose who's driving next to me, but I definitely feel I need to do clearing and not. [00:07:37] Speaker A: And like Michelle, I'm super sensitive to places to the point where there are certain cities I refuse to go back to that bad. So yeah, I've only been to a Walmart once. I will never do it again. It knocked me off my feet. [00:07:52] Speaker C: That's why I didn't mention Walmart, because I just can't. I don't even go there. It's too much. [00:07:55] Speaker A: Yeah. So that's an extreme example, but yeah, certain people can drain you, Certain environments can drain you. And then what does it feel like? Well, you feel irritable. That's the first thing. Like, okay, everyone who's an empath in the audience, imagine you just walked out of Walmart. Are you not gonna feel irritable? Your brain might feel foggy. And I think the most important one is feeling dense and heavy, don't you? Yeah. Anything else that you notice when you're realizing you need a clearing? [00:08:28] Speaker B: I always realize that I always go on emotions because. So when I get wrapped up, like, when it's something so simple and I'm, like, overworked on it, I was like, wait a second. Why am I making such a big deal out of something that is so simple and so ridiculous? And then I realized, like, oh, I'm pretty sure I picked up something. [00:08:48] Speaker A: That's a good point. When you know you're overreacting to something. Yeah. That this is not how we would normally handle this. [00:08:54] Speaker B: And I become so sensitive that as soon as I clear myself, I can feel them like. Like jumping off me. It's really weird. Energetically. [00:09:03] Speaker A: So I want to assure you Michelle has essential oils that she has created to help you with those moments. Foggy brain, feeling heavy and dense, needing some kind of transformation. So another thing that when I did a search to ask, when do people feel like they need a clearing? You might also recognize this if your chest feels tight. [00:09:27] Speaker B: Yep. [00:09:28] Speaker A: Because that's always when you tighten up or your shoulders rise. [00:09:32] Speaker C: I was just gonna mention that. For me, I feel like if my heart race starts racing because I'm not feeling peace, then I. I have to look around me. What energy am I picking up on? And also, if I feel my shoulders or my neck scrunched up, I'm like, why am I so tight? [00:09:48] Speaker A: I know those shoulders go right up to my ears. [00:09:50] Speaker C: Like I'm trying to protect myself from the energy by scrunching up or something. [00:09:54] Speaker A: Absolutely. [00:09:55] Speaker C: That's a good sign. [00:09:56] Speaker B: I think for me, the racing thoughts is definitely it. Like, my thoughts get a wonky and I am always like. I mean, I'm not bragging or anything, but now I feel like a lot more peace. So when that peace is disturbed, I notice those are wasting thoughts and they haven't. [00:10:12] Speaker A: And you definitely know you need a clearing when you use your coping skills that normally work in that case. And they aren't working. Yeah. That's when you really need. It's time to clear your energy. So emotional heaviness all those things we've talked about. Yeah. If you feel drained, that's pretty much the code word for it. If you feel drained, you might need an energy clearing. Yeah. Okay. So I asked for some natural methods for clearing energy in addition to what we're going to talk to Michelle about. And the first thing I thought of. And so I asked for a list. And the first thing on the list that I got too, is saging. That's an ancient practice. And there's different kinds of sages for different kinds of energy. So you can use sage, you can use palo Santo, you can even use your favorite incense. Yeah. So the thing with this is because it's all moving up into the air, it's considered very spiritual. [00:11:15] Speaker C: Yeah. Diffusers work that way, too. Aromatherapy diffusers. If you can't use smoke, you can put essential oils into a diffuser. And that's a good point, because I'm [00:11:24] Speaker A: sure some apartment buildings that wouldn't be [00:11:27] Speaker C: allowed or if you're in a hotel. [00:11:29] Speaker B: And also these ones, the spray ones, [00:11:31] Speaker C: those work where they sprays are a way of diffusing instantly. And then the diffusers that, like plug in or battery operated ones are like a continuous clearing. So let's say you're doing sessions with people all day and you want clearing throughout the whole thing, or you have a bunch of guests coming over that you want to make sure the energy stays pure. You could use a diffuser that way and it can have a continual ethereal air clearing. [00:12:02] Speaker A: Yeah. And then one of the things that I learned from you in one of your classes, and this would apply to both sage and incense and your oils, is that the first sense to pick up on something is olfactory. Correct? [00:12:14] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:12:15] Speaker A: It's immediate. [00:12:16] Speaker C: And it affects your brain, your heart, and your aura. [00:12:20] Speaker A: How fast is it that we pick up on fragrance? It was like milliseconds, wasn't it? [00:12:27] Speaker C: It was less than a second. [00:12:28] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. [00:12:29] Speaker C: Your body remembers scents too. So you can have like connections to a scent from this life or past lives. [00:12:36] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:12:37] Speaker C: And if you really scent makes you feel really good, that's great. Use it. If not, it might be a memory to connect with that scent that is causing you to not like. So you probably just want to avoid it. [00:12:49] Speaker A: Well, and I am not an expert on sage, but I've been using it and I learned something recently that I just want to pass on because it baffled me for years, which is because, you know, the sage always goes out. Right. So I didn't know this. You're supposed to roll the End of the sage, the tip that you're going to light with your fingers for about 15 to 30 seconds and it loosens up and creates air pockets in the sage and it'll stay lit longer. So I'm passing that on to you because I didn't know it, people. [00:13:18] Speaker B: I didn't even know that either. [00:13:20] Speaker C: I've always had problems with a sage going, not going out because I have a pyro heart, I think. I don't know. So I've had problems with getting it to go out. And I think that's why people use a little bowl of salt or something like that to. You can use that to put it out. [00:13:39] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. Well, I guess we've looked at both problems and talked about how you can remember. We're giving you tips and DIY tips. And so you got one for making it last longer and you got one for putting it out. [00:13:53] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:13:53] Speaker A: Salt. I haven't tried that. Okay, so we do want to talk about the essential oils, but before we do, another way that you can help yourself clear energy. And this requires no equipment or it can require equipment. It's sound. And especially because sound, as we keep learning over and over, it soothes the vagus nerve or activates the vagus nerve, which is calming for us. So toning and humming, that requires absolutely no equipment. [00:14:22] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:14:23] Speaker A: And you feel the shift in your body. That's what my light language does. If anybody speaks or sings in light language, it's like instant clearing of your body. Humming and toning might take a little longer if it's not the light language, but it definitely works, too. Driving in the car is a great time to do your humming when you're trying to clear from that kind of [00:14:42] Speaker C: traffic at the top of your lungs. [00:14:43] Speaker A: Because the humming, you can go free form. You don't have to concentrate on it. [00:14:47] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. And it's subtle if you have, you know, need to do it around other people. I've found myself humming when I'm around certain family members that are. Instead of saying, you're driving me crazy, I'm just like. And then I feel better. [00:15:02] Speaker A: Yeah. And then it's funny because I go to your breathwork classes every two weeks, Emeril does a breathwork session. And I spend maybe 10% of the time breathing and 90% of it toning. So that's just what works for me. And I guarantee that will clear the energy in your body. You'll feel it in certain parts of your body. You shift the notes and you're going to say, oh, wait, I feel it up in my heart right now. Oh, no, I feel it down in my tummy now. Trust me, it works great. There's even a book that I highly recommend for people by Jonathan Goldman, who is the premier sound expert of our time. And it's called the Humming Effect. And it'll give you all of the science around why humming works and gives you just for five minutes a day. It's amazing. Okay. Because that's a good thing. One of the things people can do in the morning too. [00:15:58] Speaker C: Yeah. I've actually done humming as toning for animals that are upset. When I've been in people's houses, I used to have a house cleaning business and I would try to calm the pets down. And humming is a form of toning for them to help them to stay calm. [00:16:14] Speaker A: And then you live in a property with bees and the bees wings, the tone of the bees is automatically calming for people. So what's the closest to the sound of a bee humming? So the vibration, the sound works great. This is another really important one that's so obvious that probably will not require any extra equipment for you. Oh, wait a minute. I want to backtrack to the music because drumming, drumming was on the list. [00:16:43] Speaker C: Oh yeah. [00:16:43] Speaker A: And drumming puts you in kind of a trance state. [00:16:46] Speaker C: I did drumming in the forest with two sticks yesterday. [00:16:48] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:16:49] Speaker C: Didn't even know that I would ever think of that. But I was like, oh, I can drum without a drum right now your [00:16:54] Speaker A: hand touch, you know, on the table. If you don't have a drum. I have rattles. Rattles do the same thing. Shaman use rattles to go into that calming trance state. And then I had another idea in mind and it just evaporated. What was it that required? Nothing. But that's the whole idea. You don't. A drum is great. A drum is wonderful. But if you don't have a drum right now, you can use your hands, you can use whatever's around you. You know, like when we were a kid and we pulled the pots and pans out, maybe not that noisy, but you could drum your fingers on a pan, a pot lid, you know. So any you guys are laughing? [00:17:36] Speaker C: Well, I'm just. I'm thinking about people who have supposed nervous fingers. Yes, they're probably just clearing themselves. [00:17:43] Speaker A: Yes, they probably are. Because even light language, there's some light. There's light language. People move their fingers a lot. [00:17:49] Speaker C: So tap your legs, go to the pencil. Energy regulation. [00:17:54] Speaker A: Oh, I totally agree. I totally agree. It's funny because growing up I would cross my Legs and then move my right leg in circles. And one day, I was in a place I'm very seldom with my twin sister. And apparently we were doing the exact same thing at the exact same time. Someone called us on it. So we had the same way of regulating our body. [00:18:19] Speaker C: Wow. That's a twin thing. [00:18:22] Speaker A: Yeah. Okay, so. So now I do want to go back to what will cost no extra money, because I'm sure you have one of these available to you. For most of us, a bath or a shower. [00:18:34] Speaker C: Right. [00:18:35] Speaker A: It's just that simple. We've got energy clinging to us. Water is a solution. Right. It will cleanse you, not just physically, emotionally, mentally. It's soothing. Right. [00:18:47] Speaker C: Baptize yourself in the shower. [00:18:49] Speaker A: Yes. And then one of the things I've been seeing a lot about man from. From Manifestation Coaches videos is to make declarations while you're in the shower, because then you're programming the water at the same time you're clearing. So that would be a good time to declare, you know, I am sovereign. This is my body. I have boundaries. You know, that kind of thing. Or you could call in anything you want to as well. But as far as what we're talking about, the energy clearing, it's like I'm clearing this energy. I'm imagining it flowing down the drain. I am purer. I am lighter. There's a lot of magic to the combination of the intention, the voice, and the water. [00:19:26] Speaker B: I kind of like taking showers and listening to music. And usually the music is a lot, all the time. It's spiritual or it's things that I feel really good about. So I get the emotion going. And then with the water, it's just, like, so soothing. So it's just awesome to do that too. [00:19:42] Speaker A: Yeah. And the reason we're bringing this up is because we're talking about how you can clear yourself. And sometimes we forget that the body clears faster than the mind does. The mind moves fast, but it's hard to clear. But your body will feel that instant shift. So another suggestion we have here is taking a walk. Yeah, it sounds so. We've heard that before. But it works, doesn't it? Isn't that one of the things you do, Emeril? Big walks? [00:20:09] Speaker B: I do more like movement, like static movement. But, yeah, walking works really well, especially out in nature. [00:20:18] Speaker A: Yeah. And then another thing on our list is shaking it out, which I've. I've calling. I'm calling it somatic shaking, and that helps. I've actually done. Started doing that in the morning. You just shake Your whole body for a minute or so, and you will. It breaks up the energy. Exactly, exactly. So I highly recommend do try that. And then on our list we have. Ta da, da breathwork. I let you talk about that. [00:20:44] Speaker B: Well, breath work is such an amazing technique because it just. It clears you, it relieves stress, it really relieves anxiety, it brings you back to the present. It just has so many attributes, really. [00:20:59] Speaker A: And it would help with the things we talked about earlier, right? The foggy brain, the feeling like you're tense. Yeah. [00:21:05] Speaker C: I feel like it strengthens me too, to be able to recognize and recover quickly from an energetic invasion. [00:21:14] Speaker B: And it's an immunity booster too, which. That's another thing that's like, a lot of people don't know that when you do breath work, it builds up your immunity too. So that's awesome. That's why when people ask me, like, I'm kind of, like, getting over a cold, I'm up to the end part. Do you think I should really do breath work? I'm like, yes, you should. [00:21:32] Speaker A: Well, and then talking about emotional clearing, one of the things I used to, when I was a smoking cessation coach was to recommend people do deep breath work too, because not only does it have all these benefits, but it's something you. You actually have control over. And sometimes we forget we have control. And breathing is one of the easiest ways to remind yourself. You know, if I. If I count for this number of seconds while I am breathing, or I breathe using your technique, which is the two breaths in and then out, I am in control of that. And that can be very empowering as well as clearing. [00:22:07] Speaker B: Yep. [00:22:08] Speaker A: Okay, so now let's talk about the foggy brain. So one of the recommendations I have on my list for when you've got that need for emotional and or mental clearing is picking up your journal. And that's another thing that Amaral does. [00:22:24] Speaker B: Yes. I love journaling. I. Sometimes I. It's so interesting with journaling. I've gotten so used to journaling that I always have one around. Last night, for example, I woke up, like, at almost 3am and I couldn't go back to sleep, so I just started to journal and I started, like. I just started, like, just getting the stuff that was on my head that was just going in circles. And before I knew it, I was sleepy again because I only got rid of the overthinking or the overthinking of certain things. So that. That way I was able to bring myself back in peace and being able to, like, go back to sleep. [00:23:02] Speaker A: Yeah. So. And it's one of the things I see most often, recommended for almost everything on the spiritual path is to get that energy flow out with the journaling. Is that something you do at all, Michelle? [00:23:14] Speaker C: I don't, but I have my own reasons for that. [00:23:17] Speaker A: That's okay, because I don't either, because my journaling, I start in English, it turns into light language glyphs, So I can't do the automatic writing because it turns into space age cosmic writing. Which is fine. It still gets the energy out on paper, but I can't tell people what I wrote. Okay, this is such an important one. Next on our list, saying no can help clear your energy mentally and emotionally, because have you ever thought of boundaries as energetic hygiene? I hadn't until I saw this on the list, and it makes so much sense to me. [00:23:56] Speaker C: I've recently connected those dots. That saying no and being quiet are some ways you can be powerful. And it's weird to think that just being quiet and not responding to someone is powerful, but you're not engaging in that energy when you say, nope, I'm not going to be part of this conversation. [00:24:18] Speaker A: Yeah, and that's a big lesson for people like, you know, Amaral, you are a people pleaser most of your life to learn to say no and do it in a gracious way. Of course. [00:24:28] Speaker C: Yeah, me too. I've always been a people pleaser. Getting out of that. [00:24:33] Speaker B: Oh, I love saying no now. [00:24:36] Speaker A: But you didn't before. [00:24:38] Speaker B: No, it feels really good. [00:24:40] Speaker A: It is energizing and cleansing, isn't it? [00:24:42] Speaker B: And now my, my. My own saying now, if it's a discomfort to me, that's a hell no for you. [00:24:50] Speaker A: Oh, my. That's the scorpion coming out. Okay, so once again, just ways to be aware of your thoughts will help you with your awareness and your emotions. So tuning into who you are rather than what other people need. [00:25:12] Speaker C: I like this. What you keep thinking, you keep carrying, what you worry about is what you're meditating on. So it's good to release that. [00:25:23] Speaker A: Absolutely. Yep. Okay, so here are some everyday clearing ideas, and they are so common that we don't even think about it, do we? So the first one on my list is open your windows and let the fresh air in [00:25:43] Speaker B: to be relevant with that one. When it's winter, winter time, you kind of have to wait a little bit because it gets too cold. The last thing you want is to have your heater on and then your windows open, so you almost have to. [00:26:01] Speaker C: So then you could use a spray you could spray something around if you don't want to open your windows. [00:26:06] Speaker B: That's true, too. [00:26:07] Speaker C: Clear energy. [00:26:08] Speaker A: Yeah. Don't put the kibosh on opening the windows because most of the time you can't open the window. I just love this idea because it's so practical. [00:26:16] Speaker B: It is practical, and it's practical when it's hot. [00:26:21] Speaker A: You know what? Some. I know people who open the window in winter, so. [00:26:25] Speaker C: Yeah. Well, this winter it's really not even gone under 10 degrees, so. [00:26:28] Speaker B: That's true. It wasn't as bad as normal other winters. [00:26:31] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:26:32] Speaker A: All right, so open the window. And as long as you're comfortable, I guess is what we're saying. But you know what? Open your window. [00:26:41] Speaker C: Electric blanket and open your window. [00:26:44] Speaker A: All right. Changing your lighting can make a difference, you know, dim versus bright. Just that simple. I love sitting in the dark in the morning. The cat gets me up early and it's dark outside and I just sit in the dark and I have my coffee and I enjoy that. [00:27:01] Speaker B: I must say, I'm a little spoiled when it comes to this because I have the luxury of having dimming lights. So I turn in, like, so when I'm doing certain things right and relax, I dim it down. Then all of a sudden I brighten it up as, like, I progress with my day when I'm going to do, like, writing or when I'm going to do things that I really need to do to see. So that is a huge luxury for me. [00:27:24] Speaker A: Yeah. And I think a lot of places have that dimming switch nowadays. So this is something that most people can do, like you. And then another suggestion is just play one song. Music. Reset. Reset through music. [00:27:37] Speaker B: Oh, yes. [00:27:37] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:27:39] Speaker B: Especially feel good music because there is the differences in music. [00:27:43] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. There's some very harsh music out there. Very harsh. [00:27:47] Speaker C: So I found some really cool goddess chanting music recently that has been. Just shifts my energy so quick and so powerful and it lasts for hours. [00:27:56] Speaker B: Do you know what I found? I found on YouTube. I found it's in Spanish too, which I love because it's like my native language, but it's like happy music. That's spiritual music in reggae. [00:28:08] Speaker A: Oh, I love reggae. [00:28:09] Speaker B: Yes. And it is happy. Those beats are so happy. And I just like. I close my eyes and I can visualize myself being by the ocean and it just. Man, my day gets started. Good. [00:28:18] Speaker A: See, so everybody's got whatever will work for them, you know, even if it's their favorite song from when they were younger. You know, I think everyone has that one Song, like if it play played at a dance venue, you would get up and dance. [00:28:32] Speaker B: That's true. [00:28:32] Speaker A: Yeah. You can always touch base with that, too. Okay, now this is such a practical one. And I actually do this one. Touching water. Run your hands under the water. It's interesting because I used to be a roommate with Grace, and she's very perceptive, very intuitive person, and she noticed that I would keep saying my hands feel dirty, and then I would go wash my hands, even though my hands. There's no reason to physically be dirty. But she noticed I had that pattern. It's like my hands feel dense, they feel heavy. So that's where I was carrying a lot of the things we talked about earlier. So literally getting up and washing my hands from time to time, it would clear the energy and my hands would feel lighter. [00:29:23] Speaker C: I have a question for you. Was that before you started doing light language with your hands? [00:29:27] Speaker A: No, it was at the same time. I'm just very sensitive for some reason to my hands. [00:29:31] Speaker B: But I have heard that as far as washing your hands when clearing, for example, if you go to be realistic, sometimes we get caught in situations, for example, that say you go to this family's house, family member's house, that somehow you needed to go and the energy is very heavy, and you start feeling a certain way. You can do it as simple as they wouldn't know because it's in your head. So you go and you start washing your hands. You say, I need to wash my hands. You just start washing your hands and you clear all that energy so that. That way you feel better. [00:30:04] Speaker A: Yeah. So it's not just me, apparently. [00:30:07] Speaker C: I feel like I'm going to be visualizing that every time I wash my hands now, because I wash my hands a lot. [00:30:12] Speaker B: There you go. [00:30:13] Speaker A: And then this one's so common and easy to do, and that's just do a little decluttering in your space, and that can shift the energy right there. And I need to take adv. I need to take that advice because I'm living in clutter at the moment. So it's true. Even a little. Even if you've got a lot of clutter, just a little spot, you start to clear it and it feels really good. [00:30:36] Speaker C: I've got a lot of decluttering to do too. But I've like, if I feel overwhelmed, I'm like, okay, just one little shelf, one little spot. Or make my bed really pretty and put my favorite animals on it, whatever. Just each little thing you do can shift the energy so that maybe you'll feel more energy so you can do more the next time. [00:30:57] Speaker B: So the one area where my husband exceeds at is this because my place, for the most part, it's always immaculate because he. Well, we have a smaller space and because of that, he likes to be. Everything has to be, like, put away and there can't be clutter around. So that helps. And it is good. And I love the feeling of it. Like, there's nothing better than feeling like it's just a really nice place. But the only issue that we have is sometimes I need something and it gets stored in the wrong place and I'm like, where did this go? [00:31:29] Speaker A: Does it make sense to him? Yeah, but it does feel more energetically clear, doesn't it? [00:31:34] Speaker B: It does. [00:31:35] Speaker A: And that's the whole point. These were all, all DIY tips. Things that I think every one of them are things you can do or purchase for a very low price if you need an item to help you with it. So very practical. That's what we wanted to give you today. You've got the power and the ability to. To do a lot of the things on these lists. But now we want to concentrate on how aromatherapy and essential oils can really help you because we have an expert here right now. [00:32:07] Speaker B: Yes. [00:32:08] Speaker A: So we already touched upon something that I always felt fascinating, that olfactory sense is the one that works the fastest. And when we're feeling energetically drained and we know we need a clearing, why not go for something that works immediately? [00:32:26] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:32:27] Speaker A: So let's, let's elaborate on that and why you. Well, should we talk about how you got into this first? [00:32:36] Speaker C: Sure, let's do that. So back in 2004, I joined a Mother Mary channeling group, which was very weird to me at the time, but I immediately became very comfortable with it and started to awaken to my divine and spiritual self. And one of the first things that I made was a spray for energy clearing that someone asked me to make for them. And I said, well, I guess I can do that. And so I made a blend called Positive Spaces. And it was for clearing and protecting energy for your house and body. And at the time, I was not familiar with as many essential oils as I am now. And it was a very simple blend. It's still one of my best sellers, too, after 20 years. It has four ingredients. Lavender, cedarwood, juniper and vanilla. And then a lot of cool energies infused into that. That it's like intention and good vibes and love added to the bottle along with the essential oils and water. And then you can Put like a little bit of gemstones in there to help the water and oil mix up, which also brings the vibration up and helps with clearing. You can choose those stones for certain purposes or just because they're pretty. So since ancient times, people have used juniper as a door protection plant. They have made, like, wreaths of it or anointed their door frames with the oil. They also burn juniper during the plague times to clear energies in the air. [00:34:24] Speaker A: Well, talk about being effective then. [00:34:26] Speaker C: Yeah, it's a pretty powerful one. So the juniper can be used in that way just, you know, to put on your altar or like I said, make a little thing to hang on your door if you have it. Or you can spray oil and water aromatherapy spray above your head and around your aura and clear your own energy with juniper and some other essential oils that way. So I like blends of essential oils instead of just a single oil. Everybody's different, but I find that blends are much more pleasant. So I blend the cedar and lavender in large parts, and then a little bit of the juniper and the vanilla in there makes a really wonderful clearing spray that smells really nice. And the cedar is very grounding. And it helps you to connect with your higher self, which can also improve your ability to not pick up other people's energies or to clear them. So that's one way you can use essential oils is in a spray. Also in the bath, if you are doing a real deep clearing and people who don't take a bath, you can do this in the shower. The water is programmable, as we were just talking about. And you can use essential oils to do a deep clearing or maybe to clear trauma or grief, or to help shape, shed energy from another person in your life that is attached to you. So shower or bath or spray. And then another way you can use essential oils for energetic hygiene is to apply them to your body. And I like to do like the base of the neck and the heart as the first places you could put it other places too. But those places help your brain and your heart to remember that you need to be in your own energy and not be supporting other people's energetic needs, which can mean that you're trying to help them. If you're a helpful person, you may send out energetic cords to people without knowing and being aware of that is the first step. The second is to do something about it. So that would be either clearing yourself after you've done it and just do a cord cutting regularly. And my favorite way is to imagine Archangel Michael has a giant Sword. And he's clearing all the cords around me. And it takes less than a second. Your imagination is very powerful visualization. So I do that. Along with using aromatherapy and then applying the oils to your body, though, you can put in that energy of that visualization as you're putting the oils on those spots, so that the whole time that you have that oil on, which lasts, you know, until you take a shower again, you're going to have that energy of protection that's clearing the cords. Clearing the cords. Clearing the cords as people and other. I don't want to say entities, but it could be entities try to attach themselves. It can just be a constant clearing. [00:37:40] Speaker A: Yeah, and I think you bring up a good point because just like, at a subconscious level, you might not realize you're sending cords out to other people because you want to help them. Other people are subconsciously sending cords to you. [00:37:52] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:37:52] Speaker A: So a lot of times people aren't even aware of it. And that's when the boundaries come in as well. You know, that we talked about earlier, [00:38:00] Speaker C: I had a couple of moments in the last week that reminded me that I do that. I thought I had stopped doing that, but a couple times this week I drove by, and this is a very soft spot for me. I have had very close family and friends who have been in this situation. So I have very strong caring. And my voice is faltering right now, so obviously I'm feeling emotional about it. Drive by someone who's homeless, and I feel so much compassion for them that I will just start bawling while driving. And I don't know if this is going to go on forever, but it's definitely been very strong the last couple weeks. It might be a way of me releasing some energy and grief, too, but what I have been doing is like, okay, I'm aware this is happening. I'm not sending out cords to them. What I'm doing is letting my angels and guides know to let their angels and guides know to help protect them and send them love and good thoughts and even smile at them. Even though it feels weird to do that to somebody in that situation. They do smile back. They do wave back, if that's what you feel. And you don't have to stop and hand somebody money or ask them how you can help them or let them in your car or anything like that, which always goes through my mind. I'm like, nope, I can't do any of that because I don't know what's gonna happen next. But I know that I can Send them love, and I can share a smile. And being treated like a human is the first step to making someone feel [00:39:42] Speaker A: human, because a lot of times people don't make eye contact at all. [00:39:45] Speaker C: Yeah. So, yeah, I'm being aware of those energetic cords now. [00:39:51] Speaker A: Okay. Well, you know, and being aware of them certainly helps in the process. But I guess the point being, especially because this podcast is for people who are new on the spiritual journey, I don't think a lot of people understand right off the bat that a lot of this is at a subconscious level. So, you know, you might. You might go to a psychic who says, oh, you've got cords connected to so and so. And then you're going both. Dang. Why? You know, that's why. Because they don't even know they're doing it. [00:40:20] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:40:21] Speaker A: Okay. All right, so I want to go back to you and the essential oil. So Positive Spaces was your first one made by request, but the audience doesn't know yet that they can purchase that because after 20 years of success, and she sells it on her website. So tell them about how they can order your products. [00:40:47] Speaker C: So on my website, it's circleofhealingessentialoils.com you can purchase the Positive Spaces spray, or you can purchase the pure oil, which you can use in diffuser or bath. And you can also purchase a roll on which you could apply to your heart and the back of your neck, like I was talking about to give you that concept. Constant protection and clearing. [00:41:12] Speaker A: And it's the combination of the ingredients. [00:41:14] Speaker C: Yes, it's lavender, cedarwood, juniper, and vanilla. [00:41:17] Speaker A: So lavender is calming, correct? [00:41:19] Speaker C: Yes, lavender is a. Is. It's calming, and it's a purifying type of energy. [00:41:27] Speaker A: And then you said the juniper's purifying in and of itself. [00:41:30] Speaker C: Yeah. I would say that lavender is, like, for peace. The juniper is for spiritual grounding and power and insight. And the juniper would be protection and cleaning and clearing. And the vanilla is in there for kind of a yummy, warming balance. And for people who like vanilla, it can be very soothing and calming, kind of like lavender is, but on a more. Not really a medicinal level, but more of a comforting level. [00:42:08] Speaker A: Yeah. So each of the ingredients have their standalone properties, but you're creating magic and alchemy by putting them together with just the right little recipe. [00:42:16] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:42:18] Speaker A: So Positive Space is definitely recommended, and it's been a bestseller for 20 years for a reason. People like it. [00:42:24] Speaker C: One of my other favorites that I have found is very profound for clearing and deflecting and shifting patterns and Habits is Breath of Angels. And that, I feel, calls in whatever's for your highest and best good and gets whatever isn't for your highest and best good the heck out of there. So it will very quickly shift things, either in a spray or in a diffuser. I really like the spring spray because every time you spray it, you are disconnecting from things that no longer serve you, people that no longer serve you. And, you know, a lot of people are like, oh, I don't want to hurt that person. But if this person is sucking your energy and keeping you from thriving, then you need to put yourself first. You need to fill your cup before you can help other people. And Breath of Angels helps remind you of that, that you've got to take care of yourself before everyone else. And if there are people who have plans or agendas for you, it will remove them. [00:43:39] Speaker A: Well, that sounds very powerful in your talking. I was thinking, wow, that'd be the one to spray first thing in the morning on you after you've done your [00:43:47] Speaker C: astral travels, I think. So. It is one of my favorites. That one and Divine Abundance are two that I've been using alternately and together. I've actually mixed them together recently. [00:44:01] Speaker A: And it's one of your most popular ones, too, isn't it? [00:44:04] Speaker C: Yes, the Divine Abundance. [00:44:05] Speaker A: No, the Breath of Angels. [00:44:06] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Breath of Angels is. And it's got a nice kind of a herby floral scent. More. More on the herby side than the flowery. It's got, like, geranium and chamomile and things like that in it. [00:44:22] Speaker A: Yeah, she can't give away all of her recipes, but once again, she's been doing this a long time. And there's a reason why some of her items are even more popular than others. And that's because these ones have been tested for a long time, and people really come back and like it and buy it over and over and over again. Okay, so one of the other things we were talking about earlier was like, taking walks and getting out in nature if you can. And you've got an essential oil that kind of emulates that. The Pacific Northwest forest. [00:44:58] Speaker B: And it's a new product, right? [00:45:00] Speaker C: Yeah, it's pretty new. It has some tree oils that are found in the Pacific Northwest in it. So it feels like you're walking through a forest. Forest. And all tree oils are grounding, which is a nice, nice blanket statement. I like to tell people that. Because if you don't know how to find essential oils for grounding, just remember, all tree oils are Grounding. And that would apply to going up to a tree and sniffing it. So you can go and hug a tree and snip it or, you know, smell some pitch. But you can also use a blend of essential oils in sprayer, diffuser or bath. The Pacific Northwest forest has cedar, cedarwood, black spruce, pine and cedar, spruce, pine and fir needle. Those are the four oils that are in that one. And it is powerfully grounding and also can help with, like, strengthening your energetic resistance and strengthening your intuition. It can help with dreams and astral journeys because it helps you to ground in and be present. And it just smells wonderful. If you feel like you really need to be in the forest and you don't have time or space to get there, it's a quick way. Like when we were just starting out before we did the podcast today, we were talking about a little bit of some heavy things, and I instantly grabbed the Pacific Northwest forest blend and took a sniff. And it helped me to recenter very quickly. [00:46:41] Speaker A: And that's exactly what I was thinking. When I was the smoking cessation coach and I had worked in a cubicle, that would have been the perfect thing to have because you can't leave the office. But you could always grab that, take a sniff, and put it back down on your desk. [00:46:56] Speaker C: I find it is the least offensive to people, too, that aren't into scents. So people don't like aromatherapy or they're not into flowery things or whatever. The tree smells usually are okay with them. So if you're trying to help somebody else with aromatherapy and you don't know what they like, that's usually a safe bet. Is something that smells like the forest okay? [00:47:17] Speaker A: Yeah. And that would be me. I tend not to like the really sweet ones. I prefer the tree, like unicorn. Well, let's talk about unicorn. And don't worry, be happy. [00:47:29] Speaker C: How do you use those ones? Emeril? [00:47:30] Speaker B: Which one? Unicorn. [00:47:32] Speaker C: Or either. Have you used the. [00:47:34] Speaker B: I haven't used the don't worry, be happy. But I have used unicorn before, even as. And I like it because we're all in the progress of obviously healing ourselves. But when we first start our journey, we tend to really be. Get caught up in, you know, there's the frequency that when people are. When people are judging you and stuff that kind of like, you don't like because it doesn't feel very comfortable. And I find that unicorn really helps with this. And before I used to have a really big issue with. And of course that was during the time though. So I was shedding a lot of people from my life, to be clear, but unicorn really did the trick for me. [00:48:18] Speaker C: So it helped you to not care what other people think. [00:48:20] Speaker B: Yes. [00:48:21] Speaker A: And that's its purpose. [00:48:22] Speaker C: Yeah. So what other people think of me is none of my business. Is a great thing to. [00:48:29] Speaker A: That would clear a lot of energy off of. [00:48:30] Speaker C: You gotta tell yourself over and over. But yeah, if you don't let other people's opinions, you know, matter to you, you're gonna be yourself even more powerfully and stronger. [00:48:43] Speaker B: Also, on the spray form, I find it that, like, your vibration really rises up and it would have to in order to not care for, like what. Like the negativity around you. But I love that because it does. It's very, I guess, unicorny effect. Because when you think of unicorns, nobody thinks though vibration, everybody thinks higher vibration. [00:49:02] Speaker C: It is for being yourself with no apologies. So if you don't care what other people think and you spray that around your aura, you're going to be the best and coolest and maybe weird you that you could be. [00:49:14] Speaker B: Yes. [00:49:15] Speaker A: And energetic. It just feels like lifting them off of you. [00:49:17] Speaker C: Yeah. And the rose, there's rose in that one. For people who don't like florals, you can ignore this, but rose is the highest frequency essential oil and plant that you can sniff. So when people say stop and smell the roses, it does shift your energy. When you stop and smell the roses, it actually resets the energy in your heart and helps you to vibe up and vibe out of the negativity that's surrounding you. [00:49:46] Speaker A: Yeah. That's why when we used to do in person, Reiki circles, we always ended by spraying ourselves with rose water. [00:49:53] Speaker C: Oh, rose water. And that's a very subtle rose. It's very nice. The rose water is much more subtle than the essential oil. [00:50:00] Speaker A: Okay. So while we're talking about. I mentioned don't worry, be happy as well. And I remember that was one of the first fragrances I ever smelled for you because. From you. Because I was in a tarot class with my teacher, Eli, and one of the students had bought it and she went around and she put it on every one of us. So let's talk about that one. [00:50:22] Speaker C: Sounds familiar. So that is. That's a very interesting blend. I totally remember creating it because I created it for someone that I love very much, and they were having a lot of issues with mental health. And I didn't want to call it you're not crazy oil. So I called it don't worry, be happy. And it's for everything from slight anxiety to schizophrenia. If you are having, like, a little bit of depression or sadness or you are overwhelmed with racing thoughts and fear, anything in between there, don't worry, Be happy. Can help with that. It has rose in it. It has bergamot, it has clary sage, which are all very uplifting and clearing and helping you to connect with your intuition. So. Yeah. [00:51:19] Speaker A: Yeah. And that goes back to what we talked about earlier. Anxiety, feeling tense, all that stuff is part of what we're talking about with the energetic clearing. So that would be definitely another one that could be very, very helpful. [00:51:30] Speaker C: Yeah. So if you don't worry about what others think of you, and if you don't worry about things constantly, then you can be happy. What you're worrying about is what you're meditating on. So that's really important. How often are you thinking about those things, things that you don't want? If you're thinking about it all the time, you're bringing it in. So you've got to shift that thinking, and that can help that. And the breath of angels can help with the shifting. [00:51:55] Speaker A: Okay. And we. We talked about unicorns. So let's talk about some more of your animal totem fragrances. [00:52:01] Speaker C: Okay. [00:52:02] Speaker A: Because one of my favorites, the one that you always forget, that I'm the one who prompted you to make it, I remember now. It's Phoenix. [00:52:10] Speaker C: That is amazing. Yes. So Phoenix is a catalyst for change and clearing old patterns and bringing in new, releasing old lifetimes and bringing in past life knowledge that you need to become whole again, bringing back parts of yourself. [00:52:35] Speaker A: Yeah, because we're. I mean, that's the whole universe. Human cycle is remembering how powerful we are, isn't it? So Phoenix would really help with that. So very transformational. It smells fantastic. It's become one of your best sellers too, hasn't it? [00:52:51] Speaker C: Yes. And it's also in a lot of my goddess blends because it is so good for that, clearing the old to make way for your power to come back in. And it is actually a tiny part of my Hella and Sophia oils. [00:53:06] Speaker A: Yes. Let's talk about your goddess blends, the one specifically that can help with energy clearing. [00:53:11] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:53:11] Speaker A: So you just mentioned Sophia. Can you tell us a little more about that? [00:53:14] Speaker C: Sophia is probably the most high vibe perfume anointing oil that I make. And it started out as a Mother Mary support blend, or Divine Mother, back in, like 2006. And it's evolved over the years as I've become more proficient in what I do, in my blending that I Added hella and bee. And those are very, very high vibe blends with rose and lemon balm, which are beautiful smelling flower oils. Those are all in the Sophia blend. And it just helps you to be in your highest and best energy and power without picking up on other people's energies. And it helps to remove those cords and connections to things that no longer serve you. [00:54:05] Speaker A: Okay. [00:54:06] Speaker B: And speaking of, like, the opposite of light or brightness, there are also, like, certain ones that I absolutely love. I love Hela as far as doing shadow work with it. [00:54:16] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:54:17] Speaker B: It's incredible. [00:54:19] Speaker C: Yeah. So embracing your shadow side actually empowers every part of you. And if you don't embrace that, you're shutting down a huge potential of your gifts. [00:54:35] Speaker B: Would you say Medusa would kind of connect with that as well? [00:54:39] Speaker C: Yeah. So Medusa is a very unique blend. It was designed for being invisible energetically and spiritually when you need to do work that you don't want to be distracted by with your work from other people. But I feel like it also can work in the prevention of needing energetic clearing because it keeps your energy invisible to other people so they can't try to connect to it. [00:55:10] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:55:11] Speaker C: Does that make sense? [00:55:11] Speaker A: Yes, that makes perfect sense with our topic. [00:55:14] Speaker C: Yeah. So it's like taking vitamins regularly so you don't get sick. [00:55:20] Speaker B: So what can you say about Hecate? Just because I know that Hecate, it seems like it would be a very popular one. [00:55:27] Speaker C: That is actually my personal perfume I've been using for the last couple years. I've gone back and forth with a few different ones, but that has definitely been the last two years. Hecate has been my main empowerment and energetic enhancement perfume. It just makes me a [00:55:52] Speaker B: baddie who [00:55:53] Speaker C: I'm supposed to be. I'm trying not to swear it makes me a kick ass goddess. [00:55:58] Speaker B: Yes. There you go. [00:56:00] Speaker C: I don't care if anybody has anything to say about it. I'm just gonna be me. I'm gonna be who I am. I don't have to worry about getting burned at the stake in this life for all of this weird stuff I do. They are gifts, and I'm very, very happy that I can do what I need to. So, yeah, Hecate guides me and protects me. And it smells amazing. [00:56:19] Speaker B: Yay. [00:56:20] Speaker A: Yeah. So we've got about a little under two minutes to talk about a couple other ones that she offers her website again is Circle of Healing essential oils. Yes. It will take you a time to type it. [00:56:37] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:56:37] Speaker A: But it's worth it. Circle of healingessential oils.com and Michelle also, she's got fragrances that apply to energy clearing that are some of the animal totems like hummingbird and dragonfly. You know, high vibe energy. [00:56:53] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:56:55] Speaker A: And so I just wanted to put the plug out there that I have so many of her essential oils for a reason. I love them.
